The Family Resource Centre is a non-profit agency and registered charity. Our counselling services and support groups are made possible through funding from a number of organizations as well as the generous donations of our community.
This is an agency that has a direct impact on the wellbeing of North Okanagan families, and for generations to come. Your donations also allow us to meet the changing needs of the community, and reach further with every dollar.
With your gift, we can lift the weight of grief, anxiety, depression, psychological trauma and more for the men, women, children and seniors of our community.
Tax receipts are issued for all donations above $25. We’re happy to receive donations in the mail, at our office or securely here on our website.

Will I get an appointment right away?
Services are offered as quickly as possible and according to service demand. Wait times vary for each program. Intake Workers will do their best to estimate how long it will be before you can expect an appointment time.
