Chronic Pain Self-Management
This group provides information and teaches practical skills on managing chronic pain problems. Participants learn about healthier ways to live, gain confidence and motivation to manage their health and feel more positive about their lives. They are provided with information strategies and techniques, so they will have the tools they need to help themselves.

Our policy is to ensure that if you would benefit from one of our support groups that you have the ability to join. Some support groups have nominal fees, but if fees would be a barrier for you, please reach out so we can ensure your access to our support groups.
