Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (C.B.T.)
This program is a form of therapy that focuses on the relationships and connections between our thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and behaviour. It is an educational group with six modules that teaches skills to manage thoughts, and can be very effective for persons with anxiety or depression.
Group Runs: Weekly (see Calendar)
Time: 6:00 - 7:30 pm
Session Schedule: Thursday evenings
Group registrations are accepted three months prior to group start-up.

Our policy is to ensure that if you would benefit from one of our support groups that you have the ability to join. Some support groups have nominal fees, but if fees would be a barrier for you, please reach out so we can ensure your access to our support groups.
