Men’s Anger Management
This ten session course is designed for men to understand and manage their anger more effectively. We look at how men and women feel and express anger differently, and discover the feelings that fuel anger and how to put them into words.
Group Runs: April 17 - June 19, 2019
Time: 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Session Schedule: 10 Wednesdays
Group registrations are accepted three months prior to group start-up.
If you wish to register for an upcoming group, please visit our office and complete an Intake Form.
Our policy is to ensure that if you would benefit from one of our support groups that you have the ability to join. Some support groups have nominal fees, but if fees would be a barrier for you, please reach out so we can ensure your access to our support groups.
