This ongoing group is for women, 18 years of age and older, who are interested in exploring the relationships between mind, body and emotion through discussion, skill development, and the building of a mindfulness meditation practice. The focus of the group is on building a seated meditation practice, however, walking and other forms of mindfulness will be introduced as well.

Group registrations are accepted three months prior to group start-up.

Our policy is to ensure that if you would benefit from one of our support groups that you have the ability to join. Some support groups have nominal fees, but if fees would be a barrier for you, please reach out so we can ensure your access to our support groups.
